Learning Goals
God reveals Himself to us through Sacred Scripture (the Bible) and Sacred Tradition.
Jesus is the Word of God, and we encounter Him in Scripture.
Sacred Scripture is the written record of God’s revelation of Himself.
Sacred Tradition is the central content of the Christian faith handed on by Jesus to the Apostles and their successors, the bishops.
The Magisterium is the teaching authority of the Church.
The Church venerates the Word of God as she venerates the Body of Christ.
